It's a website that had a black color theme and you would put in an email, phone number, name, city, state, or etc. There would be a plus sign to click to add more, or a minus sign to say that the result you wanted didn't have this.
There was also a map you could go onto where you could see people near you and their blocked info.
If anyone knows it please tell me, I lost the website months ago.
