DWC when dealing with this user - messaging me on random accounts on Telegram. making multiple accounts.

Deal with caution with this user. He messaged me on Telegram from unknown account and then visited my profile 1 minute after I blocked him for spamming my telegram.

I will not deal with this user and I will continue to ignore him if he messages my Telegram.
