Mass reporting a bad seller. Looking to have a seller's listings suspended

Know of a seller who scammed someone close to me. Unforuntantly support didnt help much, but this seller mostly sells digital items which is usually against ebay's policy. Looking for anyone experienced with eBay and can help me get his listings deleted and possibly even acc suspended.

Happy to pay a good chunk of change too for anyone who can get it done.
