Requesting license generator for Paint Tool Sai 2.

I recently updated my Paint Tool Sai 2 version and my license no longer works. Couldn't download a new one because I never bought it because of the price.
With my last version I had a tool that gendrainedted a license.slc file for Paint Tool Sai 2, but sadly I lost the tool. So I'm requesting help finding or writing a new one.

Found the old tool atUPDATE~ SAI 2 by Laurens Arthur by OmegaDusty on DeviantArt, the popup about not having a license go away, but I still can't save or export my drawings.
